Product Features
-
1. Long service life
Under the conditions of working temperature of 70 ℃ and working pressure of 1.0MPa, the service life can reach more than 50 years (provided that the pipe material must be S3.2 and S2.5 series or above); At room temperature (20 ℃), the service life can reach over 100 years.
-
2. Excellent corrosion resistance performance
Non polar materials have no chemical effect on all ions in water and building chemicals, and will not rust or corrode.
-
3. Excellent heat resistance
The instant use temperature is 95 ℃, and when used for a long time, the temperature can reach 75 ℃, making it one of the ideal indoor hot and cold water pipelines at present.
-
4. Good hygiene performance
No heavy metal salt stabilizers are added during processing, the material is non-toxic, has no scaling layer, and does not breed bacteria, effectively solving the secondary pollution of urban water.
-
5. Better insulation performance
PP-R has low thermal conductivity, so it has good insulation performance and generally does not require additional insulation materials when used in hot water systems.
-
6. Reliable connection performance
PP-R has good welding performance, and the strength of the hot-melt electric fusion interface is higher than that of the pipe body. The joint will not break due to soil movement or live load.
-
7. Good construction performance
At 20 ℃, the density is 0.90g/cm3, which is lightweight and greatly reduces construction intensity. The welding process is simple, the construction is convenient, and the overall project cost is low.
-
8. Larger circulation capacity
The inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, the head loss is small, and the flow capacity is increased by more than 30% compared to other general pipelines.

Product Parameters
PP-R pipe specifications are expressed in pipe series S, nominal outer diameter dn x nominal wall thickness en (unit: mm)
PP-R pipe series S:The commonly used PP-R pipe specifications include five series: S5, S4, S3.2, S2.5, and S2. S5 and S4 are used for cold water pipes, with blue lines marked on the pipe walls; S3.2、S2.5、S2It is commonly used for hot water pipes (and can also be used as cold water pipes), with red markings on the pipe wall.
Maximum working pressure level corresponding to each series:
PP-R pipe specification S5 series -----------------------------1.25 megapascals (12.5 kilograms)
PP-R pipe specification S4 series ---------------------1.6 megapascals (16 kilograms)
PP-R pipe specification S3.2 series ----------------------------------------------2.0 megapascals (20 kilograms)
PP-R pipe specification S2.5 series -2.5 megapascals (25 kilograms)
PP-R pipe specification S2 series ----------------------------3.2 megapascals (32 kilograms)
PPR pipe installation instructions
-
PPR pipes and fittings are connected by hot melt, and can be connected to metal pipes and water dispensers using flanges or fittings with metal inserts;
-
Reliable hot melt equipment must be used during the hot melt connection process to ensure welding quality;
-
Use specialized scissors to vertically cut PPR pipes, ensuring a smooth and burr free cut;
-
The welding parts of PPR pipes and fittings must be clean to prevent damage to the quality of the joints caused by water, oil, sediment, etc;
-
During hot melt welding, the pipes and fittings must be heated according to the specified time and temperature;
-
After heating is completed, immediately remove the pipe and fittings for connection. If the position is not correct, fine adjustments can be made within a certain period of time;
-
After the PPR pipe connection is completed, both hands must tightly grip the pipe and fittings to maintain sufficient cooling time before continuing;
-
When PPR pipes are laid openly or not directly buried and concealed, supports and hangers must be installed according to regulations.
